GRS Annual Fund Update

Great River education differs from conventional approaches - Montessori education creates an environment in which students practice individual responsibility, problem solving, organization, and time management skills. Montessori children become adults who are independent, self-directed leaders in society. We hear from GRS graduates in college who are successful and prepared, so we know what happens here translates into success!

Your support of the 2014-2015 Annual Fund helps us do our job.  We invite you to participate!  with the year end coming fast, now is a great time to make your donation.  So far, we are nearly to is off and running with over 27% of our goal already met!  All GRS families have received information in the mail and the response cards are rolling in.  We anticipate 90% participation and know that families will give what is appropriate for their budget. Every amount builds a stronger community.  We need you to join in today!

The Great River School mission is to prepare students for their unique roles as responsible and engaged global citizens.  The Annual Fund supports the mission, which includes trips, authentic materials, and our ambitious vision.  In order to fill this commitment with thriving and vibrant work, Great River School needs you to join our community of support.

• Become a sustaining donor - just like MPR, a sustaining donor to GRS helps us with our budgeting and long term vision

Other ways to help:

• Make a list of people who care about the unique experience your student has at GRS.  
• Send the postcard included in the mailing to someone on your list (ask for more postcards - we have lots!)
