ParenTeen Brain Talk - Monthly Meetings

ParenTeen Transitions is a Great River School (GRS) parent-led group focusing on learning and mutual support during our stuent's teen years.  This year, we are creating a parent group, ParenTeen Brain Talk, to discuss issues related to teens struggling with mental health diagnoses.  Goals include sharing stories and resources; having a safe place to connect; and building a community of parents and teens. 

Most months a mental health professional from the U of Mn Psychiatry will joining the group to discuss topics, field questions and guide discussion.  We will meet monthly on the 1st Thursdays (1/4, 2/1, 3/1, 4/5, 5/3, 6/7, 7/5, 8/2, 9/6, 10/4, 11/1, 12/6) from 6:00-8:00 pm at Urban Growler (2325 Endicott St., St. Paul, MN 55114).

RSVP to GRS parent organizer, Andrea Erickson, at fiddlesticksandfishfur@gmail.com or 651-644-9007 by the Wednesday before at 5 pm so we know how many tables to reserve.  Parents with kids at other schools are welcome, please invite them.
