IB Theatre Presents: A Night of Collaborative Plays

Friday, November 3rd, 5 -6pm

The students of IB theatre would like to invite you to an evening of original collaborative theatre pieces, which they have developed over the past month. Three separate groups will present their work as part of a major assessment. Short summaries of the plays are listed below, as some content may be inappropriate for younger audiences.

Traitor at Manor on the Mountaintop

In Traitor at Manor on the Mountaintop, three explorers find themselves trapped in an enormous house filled with surprises and an air of… betrayal. Meanwhile, three friends sitting around a tabletop find hilarity and surprises of their own as they order around their fictional explorers through their plights. This performance is intended for fans of immersive board games and is suitable for PG audiences.

The Heist

A couple of ninth graders are planing and executing a heist to get thier phones back. This piece of immersive theater will have the audience flow freely with the actors as they use the school as their stage.
