ParenTeen Transitions is intended to act like an ECFE (Early Childhood Family Education) support and discussion group for families with teens.
We'll be discussing the book Why Do They Act That Way? by David Walsh, a local adolescent psychologist. Specifically, in April and May they'll cover chapters on "The Psychological and Social Dimensions of Adolescence" and "The Importance of Connection and Guidance."
This is a no-pressure, casual book club! Feel free to read or skim or just show up and catch the Cliff Notes version!
