GRS SCHOOL ANNOUNCEMENT
INVITATION TO FACILITY FORUM
For several years the Great River School Board has communicated important aspects of the project to improve our Facility and entire Learning Environment. The goal: an exquisite place for our students to learn, play, explore, experiment, perform, grow, and find their unique contribution to the world.
On behalf of the Great River School Board, we invite parents to attend a presentation where leaders of the Board & Facility Working Group will update on progress, discuss process, and review criteria for potential improvements to our learning environment. The presentation will be followed by a parent night to explore how Montessori education compliments brain development & Executive Functioning skills.
WHAT: Community Forum on Facility Project and Progress
(Followed by a Parent Night on Executive Functioning & Montessori Education!)
WHEN: Thursday, November 17, 2016 at 6:30pm
DETAILS: Free Childcare provided for ages 3-12, Doors open at 6:15.

The Learning Environment Forum will be immediately followed by Parent events for each level showcasing the connection between Montessori Curriculum and executive functioning, so that you can see and experience why our approach is so uniquely effective! After the meeting, an updated Learning Environment Q&A and the Learning Environment Presentation with audio recording will be available to the community.
