Mark your calendars for Saturday, Sept. 10th and join Great River families on a bike ride for peaceful schools!
The ride will take place from 1-4 PM at Kaposia Park in South St. Paul.
Our fearless leader is A2 Guide Sarah Hansen. Participants can choose between three loops: 1.6 miles, 3 miles, or 14 miles. Adults and kids of all ages are welcome!
This event is organized by PeaceMaker MN, a non-profit that supports peace programming in schools throughout the state. Teaching peace is an important part of our work at Great River and we are proud to be a partner school.
The ride is free but it is a fundraiser. Participants are encouraged to
make a tax-deductible contribution or collect donations to sponsor your
ride. All funds raised by GRS-affiliated riders go directly to programming at our school! This money will fund anti-bullying work and our Peer Mediation
program.
