Promlantis this Saturday! Pre-Prom Volunteers Needed!

Prom will be held this Saturday, May 21 from 7pm-11pm at the Cinema Ballroom on St. Clair Ave in St. Paul.  Tickets are available for purchase from the front desk for $35 until Friday at 3:30pm.  Tickets may be purchased at the door for $40 (no cash accepted). As with anything - if paying for Prom is a financial hardship, you could talk with Tami (tlimberg@greatriverschool.org) or your student's advisor.

We are looking for a few good volunteers to help make Promlantis (aka prom at GRS) a swimming good time!

At 4pm we are in need of 3-4 mermaids and mermen to help set up the decorations for Promlantis.  Set will be easy and directed by our prom committee but we've recently identified the need for the lovely prom committee to leave at 4:30 to get ready, take pictures, eat dinner.  

We also need one or two volunteers to stay at the venue from 5 to 6:45 pm just to be present (no students will be there, this is required by the venue). Contact Tami Limberg at tlimberg@greatriverschool.org if you're able to help!
