Parent Volunteers Needed for Annie

We are in need of parent volunteers for taking tickets and selling concessions for all of the Annie performances.  If you can help, please contact Laurie Sovell at lasovell@yahoo.com.  See the details below.

Dates:

December 10
December 11
December 12 (matinee) 

Selling Tickets:

• Volunteers Needed: Two people per performance
• Timing: Ticket sellers need to be at the Wellstone at the Wellstone theater at 6:30pm on Thursday and Friday night or at 1:30pm on Saturday.
• Duties: One person should sell available tickets, the other manage will call for those that have already purchased tickets.
  

Concessions:

• Volunteers Needed: Three people at each performance
• Timing: Set up would need to happen 15-20 minutes before intermission which will be 15 minutes. (the first act runs about 1 hour and fifteen minutes)
• Duties: Set up drinks and snacks before intermission begins. Sell items during intermission. Clean up and put away items after intermission
