The Great River School Board and the School Administration are hard at work evaluating the feasibility of a new facility or remodeling our current facility.
First steps in the facility work are underway -
and include creating a long term vision for our school.
Our vision work will:
- result in a long term commitment for our program and pedagogy
- define our future facility needs
- direct our facility work moving forward.
If a new building were rented or built, Great River School expects to remain within a maximum of a seven mile radius of the current location. Community participation in this work is key - look for opportunities to join a working group or committee throughout this year.
We look forward to keeping the GRS community up to date through school announcements, board communications, and future community forums.
