Parents, if you are pursuing outside medical, physical, mental health, or other types of external evaluations with physicians, psychologists and/or psychiatrists, please contact our Dean of Students, Matt McElrath at mmcelrath@greatriverschool.
Matt will distribute evaluations, surveys, and/or interviews among faculty, administration and social workers and collect results.
If you plan to use the results of outside evaluations to request specific accommodations, plan to schedule a meeting with Matt to discuss alternatives, which may include developing a 504 plan or pursuing a Special Education evaluation.
