A1 Musical Theatre and IB Collaborative Theatre Performance
When: Thursday, October 29th, 7:30-9:00pm
Where: Multi Purpose Space, West Campus
The GRS community is cordially invited to an evening of theatrical performances! Our first quarter Musical Theatre Occupations students will perform a short family friendly 20-minute musical revue to start the evening. This is a mandatory performance for students enrolled in the occupation for the first quarter. A1 performers should arrive by 6pm and come dressed in black pants and shirt with dark-colored socks.
The rest of the night will be devoted to the performances of new original collaborative theatre works.
Because these new one-act plays have been developed by some of our oldest students, it is important to note that these may not appropriate for younger audience members. In many cases, the content includes vulgar language, adult themes, and/or violence. Short summaries of the plays will be available by the end of this week, and will also be published in the program. A short 5-minute intermission will occur between each of the performances, and audience members are welcome to leave during these intervals.
