Parents interested in serving the organization would attend, make their pitch for a position of leadership, and we plan to hold a vote for leadership on May 20th!
In the future the plan is to hold elections in the Spring with more lead-up, but we want to be ready to go by June 2015 and this seems to be the quickest way to get people in positions to start making decisions and fleshing out the structure.
