TED Talk: The Power of Believing that you can Improve

I thought I'd send this to you so you could share with our GRS families and faculty.  

This is changing the way I parent and the way I myself live and work.  One of the workshops I attended, geared towards FLL coaches coaching Girls was such a strong advocate for this approach, so when I came across this on TED, I thought this short, simple and very well articulated talk should be shared with everyone. Could you do that somewhere in the newsletter or website?  It so very much mirrors Maria Montessori's message to the world.
